**Role Overview**:
We seek a visionary **Creative Designer & Communication Design Expert** to lead the creation and execution of high-performing ad campaigns for Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You’ll blend creativity with analytics to drive engagement, conversions, and brand visibility for our diverse clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Strategy**:

- Create visually compelling ads (static, video, carousel) tailored to platform-specific best practices (e.g., Instagram Stories, LinkedIn B2B ads).
- Develop data-backed strategies for paid campaigns, ensuring alignment with client KPIs (ROI, CTR, conversions).
- **Collaboration**:

- Partner with content writers, marketers, and clients to brainstorm ideas and refine messaging.
- Present concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Design content calendars and manage end-to-end campaign execution.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, CTAs, and audience segments to optimize performance.
- **Analytics & Adaptation**:

- Monitor campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager; adjust strategies in real time.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activities.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity.

**Qualifications**:

- **Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media/paid ad design (portfolio required).
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, and Figma.
- Deep understanding of ad specs, audience targeting, and platform algorithms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- **Preferred**:

- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing.
- Basic video editing (After Effects, Final Cut Pro) and copywriting skills.
- Experience managing client relationships and multitasking across projects.
