About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Media & UI/UX Design Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about social media marketing, graphic design, and user experience design. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to create visually compelling content and assist in designing intuitive digital interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Digital Marketing:

- Develop and execute engaging content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Design high-quality visuals (posts, banners, ads, infographics) aligned with brand identity.
- Schedule and manage content calendars using social media management tools.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for higher engagement & growth.

Graphic & Visual Design:

- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Assist in video editing (Reels, Shorts, promotional clips) if applicable.

UI/UX Design:

- Assist in designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web apps.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff.
- Conduct basic user research & competitor analysis to refine designs.
- Help improve usability, accessibility, and visual appeal of digital products.

Qualifications & Skills:
Must-Have:

- Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/XD.
- Strong understanding of social media trends & digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles (wireframing, prototyping, responsive design).
- Excellent visual storytelling & creative thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred (Bonus Skills):

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS (basic level).
- Previous internship or personal design portfolio (mandatory for consideration).
