**Key Responsibilities**:
**UI/UX Design**:

- Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct user research and translate findings into UI improvements
- Collaborate with product and development teams to implement designs effectively

**Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing marketing materials: banners, brochures, ads, social media creatives, etc.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and formats
- Support content and communications team with on-brand graphics

**Tools**:

- **Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch** (for UI/UX)
- **Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / After Effects** (for graphic & motion design)
- **Canva** (basic quick-turn tasks)

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in **UI/UX and graphic design**
- Strong portfolio showcasing **both UI/UX projects** and **brand/marketing creatives**
- Proficiency in design tools like **Figma, Adobe Suite, and prototyping software**
- Understanding of design systems, colour theory, and typography
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
