**Role Overview**: As a Creative Designer & Video Editor at iMonk, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging visual content across multiple platforms. You’ll collaborate with our marketing, communications, and creative teams to produce compelling videos, eye-catching graphics, and brand-consistent designs that captivate our audience and drive our message forward.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into polished videos for various platforms including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Create motion graphics and animations to enhance video content.
- Collaborate with the team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
- Ensure videos adhere to brand guidelines and meet project objectives.
- Manage video projects from inception to final delivery, including revisions and feedback.

**Graphic Design**:

- Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, ads, brochures, and banners.
- Develop brand-consistent visuals and layouts that align with our marketing strategies.
- Create infographics, illustrations, and other visual elements to support content.
- Work with the creative team to conceptualize and execute design projects.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with content creators, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver high-quality results.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Provide creative input and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other relevant design and video editing software.
- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling.
