**About Us**

Fortune One is a growing real estate company in Bangalore, specializing in premium **farm plots and plotted development projects** like _Esha Vana (Hesaraghatta)_ and _Vistaa (Chikkaballapur)_. We are looking for passionate and driven **Sales Executives** to expand our sales team and deliver strong results in the farm plot segment.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Drive sales for **farm plots and plotted development projects** across Bangalore outskirts.
- Identify, engage, and convert potential buyers through client meetings and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Handle negotiations, deal closures, and post-sales client coordination.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain lead data, sales records, and provide regular reporting to management.
- Support marketing campaigns and participate in property events/exhibitions.

**Requirements**:

- 3-10 years of sales experience, with **minimum 4 years in farm plot/plot sales** (mandatory).
- Strong negotiation, client-handling, and closing skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication (English, Kannada, Hindi preferred).
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore outskirts for site visits.
