**Job description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Trainee and Calling expert to join our IT-web/software development team. Must have fluency in English and education through out English medium Excellent hands on Word, Excel & Power Point presentations. The trainee will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including lead generation, market research, customer service, and communication with clients. The trainee will work closely with the business development team to identify new opportunities and support the growth of the company.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Fluent English is necessary (The ability to speak, write, listen & read English)**:

- Analytical Skills, Market Research, and Lead Generation
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience or knowledge of the technology industry is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Technical, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (eg. Btech, BCA, MCA, MBA)
- Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with clients.
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to identify and engage potential clients in the IT sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to understand their IT service needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Participate in sales meetings, providing insights on market trends and client feedback.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
