Job Description: Sales Officer Required in South Kashmir

Position**:Sales Officer**

**Location: South Kashmir**

Company: Tarun Foods and Beverages Private Limited (Black Masti Tea)

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Achieving Sales Targets**:
Attain primary and secondary sales targets set by the company.

2. **Distributor Management**:
Establish and strengthen the distributor network in South Kashmir.

Activate inactive distributors.

3. **Retailing**:
Expand retail outlet coverage and ensure product availability.

4. **Payment Recovery**:
Ensure timely payment recovery from distributors and retailers.

5. **Reporting**:
Prepare daily sales reports (DSR) and submit them to the head office on time.

6. **PJP and Route Planning**:
Create and implement a 21-day PJP (Personal Journey Plan) and route plan.

7. **Market Analysis**:
Analyze competition and suggest new strategies to boost sales.

**Skills**:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Dedicated to achieving goals and capable of teamwork.

Comprehensive understanding of the FMCG market.

Problem-solving ability and working efficiently under pressure.
