
Senior Business Development Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned business executive to spearhead our Ed-tech firm's expansion and profitability initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the business, encompassing sales, marketing, product development, and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
- Lead and motivate high-performing teams to achieve company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and craft plans to expand our customer base.
- Craft and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Manage product development initiatives, from conception to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to drive organizational success.
- Monitor and mitigate key business risks, including market fluctuations and competitive threats.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 5+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Experience in the Ed-tech industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong business acumen, financial management skills, and experience managing P&L for a business unit.
- Excellent leadership, management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias towards action and a willingness to take calculated risks.
