A leading **Diabetes Reversal Clinic** in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad is seeking a highly organized and proactive **Executive Assistant (Female)** to support senior management. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual who is passionate about healthcare and wellness and can handle day-to-day administrative operations efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the schedule, appointments, and meetings of senior management
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and clinical documents
- Coordinate with medical staff, administrative teams, and vendors
- Maintain confidential records and ensure systematic documentation
- Assist in event planning, clinic-related meetings, and follow-ups
- Handle travel and logistics arrangements as required
- **Gender**: Female only
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in an Executive Assistant or Admin role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and digital tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
- Prior experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
