**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events across multiple time zones.
- Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them.
- Monitor and manage the inbox, flagging important messages, and responding on their behalf when appropriate.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and prioritize communications based on urgency.
- Maintaining Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Compile, format, and distribute reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Assist in preparing summaries and meeting agendas.
- Maintain accurate records, including filing systems, electronic documents, and confidential files.
- Ensure documents are up-to-date, easily accessible, and securely stored.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and managing logistics for meetings.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Expected to have strong communication skills both written and verbal.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Managing Google suite and Calendars.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of corporate communication protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per month
