**Role Description**:
As an Experienced Placement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting students with valuable career opportunities aligned with their skills and aspirations. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, coordinate internships, and secure job placements for students within the Ed Tech sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain partnerships with industry leaders, employers, and organizations to create internship and job opportunities for students.
- Collaborate with academic departments and faculty to understand students' career goals and align placement opportunities accordingly.
- Advise and support students in their job search, providing guidance on resumes, interviews, and professional networking
- Organize career fairs, workshops, and networking events to facilitate connections between students and potential employers.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of internship and job opportunities, tracking student placements and outcomes.
- Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of placement strategies, adapting to industry trends and student needs.
- Prepare reports and analysis on placement success rates, trends, and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (1+) in placement coordination, career services, or related roles within the Ed Tech industry.
- Strong network of industry contacts and familiarity with the job market trends in the Ed Tech sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to mentor and guide students in career development, job search strategies, and professional etiquette.
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
