Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Placement Coordinator located in Noida. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential employers, coordinating student placements, providing career counseling and support, and ensuring that students are well-prepared for the job market. Daily tasks include conducting recruitment drives, arranging interviews, preparing students for placements, and collaborating with the education team to align courses with industry requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Excellent Customer Service orientation
- Experience in education or recruiting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
- Familiarity with the tech industry and job market trends is a plus
