Production Excellence Coordinator

The Production Excellence Coordinator role is a pivotal position within the organization, responsible for optimizing production processes and ensuring overall equipment efficiency. This individual will oversee changeover and cleaning procedures, guaranteeing that machines run under validated parameters.

Key responsibilities include preparation of standard operating procedures, implementation of strict adherence to these guidelines, yield calculation reconciliation, daily production record maintenance, and monthly production rejection data tracking.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Training operators on good manufacturing practices, document management, safety protocols, and workplace improvement strategies will be a key aspect of this role.

Achieving weekly and monthly targets as per production planning, timely qualification/validation performance, and sample preparation according to customer requirements are critical functions of this position.

This individual will also be responsible for controlling manpower on a daily basis, maintaining shift strength, and overseeing functional area operations. Strong knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations is an added advantage.
