Job Description

The Production Order Coordinator is accountable for receiving customer orders, verifying order information, and processing orders into the company's ERP system. This role involves collaborating with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and confirm customer orders, ensuring accurate verification of product specifications, quantities, delivery dates, prices, and packaging requirements.
  • Collaborate with production, planning, and workshop departments to synchronize order requirements and clarify delivery milestones.
  • Monitor production progress daily, identifying anomalies and coordinating with sales, production, and technical departments to resolve issues.
  • Partner with procurement to confirm material arrival, verify specifications, and assist in expediting or replacing shortages.
  • Follow up on order quality inspection, coordinate with QC and production departments, and arrange shipment after confirming qualified products.
  • Organize and archive order-related materials, summarizing issues encountered during follow-up and providing feedback to supervisors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in order follow-up work at a manufacturing company.
  • Familiarity with internal processes from order receipt to shipping.
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with ability to efficiently resolve cross-departmental collaboration issues.
  • Detail control and stress tolerance, with ability to simultaneously follow up on multiple orders and handle tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Office software, especially Excel, with mastery of data entry, ledger statistics, and basic functions.
