Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Placement Manager (Need strong connection having candidates) with 2–3 years of relevant experience to manage and enhance the placement activities of our students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong industry connections, organizing recruitment drives, and ensuring high placement rates across programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners, recruiters, and corporate clients.

• Coordinate and organize virtual and in-person placement drives, recruitment sessions, and webinars with companies.

• Provide career counseling, interview preparation, and resume-building support to students.

• Work closely with the academic and training teams to ensure students are job-ready.

• Maintain placement records, reports, and performance data accurately.

• Build and manage a placement pipeline by proactively reaching out to potential recruiters and startups.

• Stay up-to-date with industry hiring trends and incorporate them into placement strategies.

• Ensure timely and effective communication between students and companies during the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• 2–3 years of experience in placement, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably in an EdTech or training institute.

• Strong corporate network and industry connections.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of job market trends, especially in the tech and digital sectors.
