Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include conducting market research, facilitating property transactions, coordinating with legal and operations teams, and preparing sales reports and presentations. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate the sales team effectively.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development
- Strong understanding of Market Research and Analysis
- Excellent Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
- Proficiency in preparing Sales Reports and Presentations
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
