Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Sales Marketing. The Head of Sales Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing teams, developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, setting sales targets, managing sales activities, and leading the sales team to achieve targets. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to analyze market trends and performance data
- Proficiency in Sales Management and developing sales strategies
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining key client relationships
- Team Management skills to lead and motivate the sales team
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the software development or IT services industry is beneficial.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership (preferably in a startup envenvironmentl
- Ability to craft and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, and brand building.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- A passion for taking ownership and driving results in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
