**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Focus on outbound sales
- Communicate with potential customers and present the project
- Explain project features and details to the potential customers and arrange for site visits with the sales team
- Resolve project-related inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Communication with potential customers by follow up on phone
- Daily reporting to management.
- Must develop knowledge on layout projects, ventures and residential projects
- Coordinate with the client form Medical Background.
- Prepare sales plan and accomplish sales objectives with the team to execute sales & marketing strategies
- Good communication skills
- English speaking mandatory; Fluency in Marathi and Hindi

**Preferences**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Andheri East, Mumbai - 400059, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
