**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive **Tele Caller** to join our Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients, presenting our IT products and services, and generating leads to support business growth. Your efforts will be key in building strong customer relationships and driving sales success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and explain our IT products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Maintain and update a database of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to facilitate deal closures.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information to customers.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and track progress toward call targets (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Stay informed about industry trends and company IT solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma
- 1 to 2 years of experience in tele calling or telesales, preferably in the IT sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of IT services and solutions is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
