The Site Supervisor Civil will be responsible for overseeing the construction process on a construction site. The Site Supervisor will work closely with the site engineer, project manager, and construction workers to ensure that the construction project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day construction activities on the site, including supervising construction workers, coordinating with subcontractors, and monitoring construction progress
- Ensure that construction materials and equipment are delivered to the site on time and in accordance with the project specifications
- Monitor the quality of construction work and ensure that it meets the required standards and specifications
- Conduct regular inspections and site visits to identify potential problems and take corrective action as necessary
- Work with the site engineer to implement construction plans and schedules, and ensure that they are adhered to by all parties involved in the construction project
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all construction activities, including changes to the project scope, cost, and schedule
- Ensure that the construction site is safe and compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the construction process
- Assist with the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and provide updates to the project manager and other stakeholders
- Maintain Discipline at site

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction management: 3 years (preferred)
