**Job description**:

- Supervise daily production activities in the forging shop to achieve production targets.
- Monitor and ensure smooth operation of forging machines, presses, hammers, and related equipment.
- Allocate work to operators and maintain proper shift planning for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure production quality standards as per company requirements and customer specifications.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and compliance with standard operating procedures on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance departments to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, shift records, and ensure proper documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to cost reduction and waste minimization.
- Train and guide shop floor workers to enhance skill levels and productivity.

Skills & Competencies Required:

- Good knowledge of forging processes, dies, and press shop operations.
- Ability to read technical drawings and production schedules.
- Strong leadership, team handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and 5S practices.
- Basic computer knowledge for production reporting (MS Excel/ERP).

**Location : Nashik**

**Qualification : Diploma/B.E Mechanical**

**Experience : 1+ years**

**Salary : 15k to 20k**

**Note : Immediate joiners are preferable**
