Production Supervisor

**Job Description**:
1) Overseeing and coordinating production activities on the shop floor to meet production targets and quality standards.
2) Supervising and guiding production workers to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
3) Monitoring production processes, equipment and materials to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
4) Implementing and enforcing safety protocols, quality control measures, and operational procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
5) Training and mentoring production staff to enhance their skills, knowledge and performance.
6)Collaborating with other departments, such as maintenance, quality control and logistics to optimize production processes and resolve cross functional issues.
7) Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations and industry standards.
8) Analyzing production data, performance metrics, and KPI’s to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
9) Participating in production planning, scheduling and resource allocation to meet customer demands and production goals.
10) Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing practices, and cost savings measures to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Overall as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing company, you will play a key role in leading and managing the production team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the timely delivery of high quality products to customers.

**Qualification : Diploma/ B.E Mechanical**
**Experience : Fresher**
**Salary : 12k-15k**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
