**Reporting to**:GM - Marketing & International Sales**

**Designation: Social Media Executive**

**Location : Bhiwandi/ minimum of 3 years of Work exp to handle complete Digital Marketing Activity as per below JD.**

**Criteria**
- Proven Communication and Presentation Skill with high command over English and Hindi language
- Shall be a good Team player and tough task master
- Shall pose a positive attitude in challenging situations
- Web Content Writing
- Can Run social media Campaign independently with Google Certification
- **Should be a Graduate**

**Responsibilities**
- Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms
- Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
- Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) both On Page & Off page optimization.
- Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
- Assists social media management with large projects, events, and community management & experience using high budget campaign management.
- Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns
- Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
- Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
- Works with marketing and social media team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy
- Writes and distributes e-newsletters to subscribers
- Manages social media communications
- Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimise visits
- Should run reports using tools like Apps Flyer, Google Analytics & other paid tools
- Should well versed with Google Adwords campaign. Key word strategy, Landing page & Search Add Optimisation.
- Social Media Management to increase followers on Instagram, LinkedIn & twitter along with Real time ORM’s (On line Reputation management)
- Should know how to run SMS & WhatsApp campaign independently with end to end tracking & campaign optimization
- Should know how to create engaging videos for Insta Reels & Youtube shots using Canva, VN app or any other such platforms.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
