Our Company, Orchid Shoes located at Mankoli, Thane is into the manufacturing of Women’s Shoes and is supply chain partners to brands like Metro shoes, Liberty, and woodland. We are wanting to hire a Marketing position that can handle Sales and market our Products to B2B footwear Brands.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Build an inbound marketing plan
- To create Order Planning estimation from clients for the next three months
- To assist the Production team in achieving Priority wise Order dispatches
- Engaging Customers with our new products and achieving orders
- Build a relationship with existing as well as new prospect Buyers and establish business with them
- To Represent the company in International Trade fairs and create connections for export business
- To Increase and Improve Digital exposure of the company through means of Social media, Website, creating Product Portfolio, etc.
- To Ensure Customer satisfaction and faster resolution of issues, they have against us.
- Having close attention on the Market whereabouts and competitor’s strategy
- Quarterly Sales Planning and Projections for the next quarter/season
- Preparation of Sales reports, Orders for the Management.
- Planning of Receivables and ensuring lesser credit period from the Buyers.
- Handling of Claims resolvent if the situation arises.
- Documentation, Logistics required for dispatch of Material.
- Meeting Clients on a regular basis for business development and achieving growth targets.
- Ability to work in Team and meet tight deadlines
- Scrutinizing Client’s account statement and taking action against any discrepancies
- Follow up with Client for remittance of due payment
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to Sales.
- Arranging Cost sheets for new articles and negotiating with Buyers.
- Arranging a Client’s requirement for confirmation or sample pairs.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in sales, marketing or business administration
- Must have experience in B2B Sales for about: 4 - 6 years
- Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships, Creative Services.
- Represents company at trade association meetings to promote the product
- Work Timings: 9.00 A.M - 6.00 P.M
