**Job Title: D2C Marketing Executive**
**Work Mode
- 5.5 Days Work From Office (Satuday half day)**
**Responsibilities**:
**Retention Marketing**: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention. Create targeted campaigns to keep customers engaged and increase their lifetime value.
**Marketing Tools**: Utilize marketing automation tools like Contlo, WebEngage, and MoEngage to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns. Familiarity with these tools is crucial.
**Shopify Expertise**: Leverage your knowledge of the Shopify platform to optimize the online shopping experience, improve website performance, and ensure seamless integration with marketing efforts.
**Data Analysis**: Regularly analyze campaign data, customer behavior, and key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions. Adjust strategies as needed to achieve marketing goals.
**A/B Testing**: Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates. Continuously experiment with new ideas to stay ahead of the competition.
**Content Creation**: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and persuasive content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand's messaging.
**Budget Management**: Responsible for managing marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and optimizing spending to achieve the best ROI.
**Competitive Research**: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to stay competitive and innovative in the D2C market.
**Reporting**: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement metrics. Present findings and recommendations to the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in D2C marketing and retention strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing tools like Contlo, WebEngage, and MoEngage.
- Strong understanding of Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Creative mindset with strong communication and content creation skills.
- A/B testing and optimization experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Budget management and financial acumen.
- Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable marketing objectives.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
