We are a 30-year-old organisation in the field of Manufacturing of Carbide toolings for Bearing and Fastener Industries. We cater to 60% Export market and balance to the Domestic Sales.

We are now looking for Sales Executives who will based in Bhiwandi, Mumbai and responsible for the sales and Marketing of our products.

**Job Description for the post of Sales Executive**

**Reports To**:
The Sales Executive will report to the Sales Head.

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, Visiting Customers and maintaining customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, Customer Visit.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their Requirements.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- To Recover and follow up with Customer of the Overdue Outstanding.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

**Academic requirements**:

- Bachelor of Engineering - Any Stream

**Other requirements**:

- Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of MS Office or Google Drive
- Fair understanding of sales processes
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Age group. Between 30 and 40 years.

**Salary**: Rs 40000 per month

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
