**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to promote our laboratory services, identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the overall growth of the organization through effective marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and market the laboratory’s analytical testing services to clients across sectors including pharma, food, environment, and chemicals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to develop customized solutions for client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry seminars to build brand awareness.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor analysis to support business strategy.
- Maintain records of all client interactions and opportunities in CRM or internal tracking systems.
- Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities, targets achieved, and future plans.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the analytical testing or laboratory services industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and client engagement abilities.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business propositions.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required.
