Front Office Executive

**Reception & Patient Handling**:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous manner.
- Manage patient registrations, appointments, and scheduling.
- Guide patients regarding services, procedures, and facilities.
- **Customer Service**:
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Manage patient complaints and escalate to seniors if required.
- Ensure patient satisfaction with prompt and professional service.
- **Billing & Documentation**:
- Handle billing, cash collections, and payment receipts.
- Maintain accurate records of patients and transactions.
- Ensure error-free data entry in hospital/diagnostic software.
- **Coordination**:
- Coordinate with doctors, lab technicians, and other departments for seamless service delivery.
- Support management in smooth day-to-day operations.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with patience and empathy.
- Basic knowledge of billing, cash handling, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital/diagnostic software (preferred).
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business Administration or Healthcare-related).
- **1-3 years of experience** in front office/customer service, preferably in healthcare/diagnostic centers/hospitals.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
