**Key Responsibilities:Front Office Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Handle all front desk operations, including couriers, dispatches, and appointments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and stationery inventory.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and coordinating internal communications.
- Handle document filing, data entry, and record-keeping tasks.
- Support HR and accounts teams with basic clerical duties (e.g., attendance data, travel arrangements, etc.).
**Coordination**:
- Coordinate with facility and maintenance teams for office upkeep and utilities.
- Liaise with vendors for office-related purchases and services.
- Assist in organizing company events, trainings, or visits.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/B.A./BBA preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging industry.
- **Skills**:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Polite, professional, and customer service-oriented attitude.
**Work Environment**:
- Office located within industrial plant premises.
- 6-day working week (Monday to Saturday).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
