
Key Account Executive

**Key Role Responsibilities**:
- **Client Liaison**:
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, managing day-to-day communications and building strong, lasting relationships.
- Understand client needs and expectations, and effectively communicate them to the design and production teams.
- Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, briefings, and feedback sessions to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- **Project Coordination**:
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure that client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients, addressing any concerns or adjustments as needed.
- Prepare and deliver detailed project reports, presentations, and status updates to keep clients informed and engaged throughout the design process.
- **Account Management**:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of each client’s brand, industry, and business objectives to provide tailored solutions and strategic advice.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients based on their evolving needs and goals.
- Assist in developing long-term account strategies to foster client loyalty and drive repeat business.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Liaise with internal teams, including designers, copywriters, and project managers, to ensure that all client requirements are met with precision and creativity.
- Foster a collaborative environment where client feedback is effectively communicated and integrated into the creative process.
- Ensure that all client interactions reflect the studio’s commitment to excellence, professionalism, and customer-centricity.
- **Knowledge of Design and Branding**:
- Possess a basic understanding of design principles, branding strategies, and the creative process to effectively communicate with clients and the internal team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and branding best practices to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role, preferably within a design, branding, or creative agency.
- Basic knowledge of design and branding concepts, with the ability to understand and discuss creative work.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, client-focused approach with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and maintain a positive, professional demeanor under pressure.
