**Job Title**: Customer Care Executive
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide information about the company’s products or services and answer any questions or concerns.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues, processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and assist with any ongoing needs.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retain loyalty by offering personalized solutions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
- Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and case resolution.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-pressure situations.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset.
- (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Fast paced and dynamic work environment.
