**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in preparing and cooking a variety of Indian tandoor dishes including kebabs, breads (naan, roti), and grilled items.
- Maintain correct temperatures and ensure proper handling of the tandoor oven.
- Follow standardized recipes and presentation techniques as per brand guidelines.
- Ensure high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the tandoor station.
- Support the kitchen team in mise-en-place and day-to-day prep activities.
- Monitor and minimize food wastage.
- Comply with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Coordinate with service staff for timely food delivery during peak hours.
- Assist seniors in inventory checks and receiving kitchen supplies.
- Be flexible to assist in other kitchen sections when needed.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in tandoor cooking; prior experience in a restaurant, brewpub, or hotel kitchen preferred.
- Basic knowledge of tandoor operations and Indian grilled cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in culinary arts or food production from a recognized institute.
- Prior experience in a microbrewery, lounge, or gastro-pub is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
