**Job Summary**:
Assisting the sales team in business development and provide sales support. Will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make calls to prospects and generate inquiries.
- Call existing clients on a regular basis and generate business.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database Follow up on quotations after the sales representative sends it out.
- Sending quotes to clients in the absence of the sales representative and following up.
- Fixing up the meetings with client

**Key Metrics (KPI’s)**:

- Collecting data of customers
- collecting data of various customers from different sources.
- Customer Profiling - calling the customers and profiling them according to their business requirements
- Sales Lead -Responsible for customer calling and generate sales lead per day.
- Coordination against Lead - Follow up with front office sales team for Lead status.

**Qualification & Experience**:
Graduate/ Postgraduate / MBA in Sales and marketing preferred.

Requires 2-3 years of proven experience as tele sales representative.
