**Telesales Representative**

**Location**: Mumbai
**Qualification**: Plus Two / Degree
**Experience**: 0-6 months (any sales experience)
**Salary**: ₹20,000 in-hand for freshers
**Working Days**: 6 days a week
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
**Salary Structure**: Fixed Basic Salary + Unlimited Incentives
**Languages Required**: Malayalam & Basic English

We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. As part of the team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, pitching products or services, and achieving sales targets. If you have a passion for sales and are fluent in Malayalam, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products/services
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information
- Record sales conversations and outcomes accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and support

**Qualifications**:

- Freshers welcome (0-6 months experience in sales is an advantage)
- Plus Two or Degree qualification
- Good communication skills in Malayalam (basic English required)
- Energetic and goal-oriented with a desire to work in sales

**Perks & Benefits**:

- ₹20,000 in-hand salary for freshers

- Travel expenses and 7 days accommodation will be provided by the company
- 6 working days per week, with weekends off
- Fixed working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
