**Role Overview**
We are looking for a driven **Business Growth Executive** who can identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and support revenue expansion across domestic and international markets.

**Location**: Ahmedabad
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Shift Timing**: 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM
**Compensation**: Industry-best salary

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and connect with potential domestic and international clients
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and market outreach
- Collaborate with marketing teams for lead conversion
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Support senior leadership by arranging client meetings
- Maintain strong knowledge of company products and services
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to improve offerings
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development (BPO/Call Center experience preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to perform under deadlines and targets
