**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven **International Business Development Executive** to lead global sales efforts for our event solutions at INOBAL.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Identify, engage, and onboard international clients, sponsors, and partners for our events
- Pitch INOBAL’s events and value propositions to decision-makers in target industries
- Drive revenue by selling sponsorships, exhibition space, delegate passes, and strategic collaborations
- Develop and manage relationships with clients across the **US, UK, UAE, South Africa**, and beyond
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured outreach and follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, content, marketing) for seamless client delivery
- Track market trends, competitors, and industry movements to identify growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 6 months -4 years of experience in **international sales, business development, or event sponsorship sales**
- Strong communication and negotiation skills — verbal and written (English fluency required)
- Prior exposure to **B2B events, conferences, or media sales** is preferred
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and cold outreach methods
- Confident in pitching to C-level executives and decision-makers
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or remotely
- Ability to manage international time zones and follow structured reporting
