We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms while effectively engaging with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

2. Create and curate engaging content tailored to different social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

3. Manage all social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring online trends.

4. Monitor and analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and drive growth.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance our presence.

7. Provide regular reports on social media performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.

2. Demonstrated ability to create engaging and compelling content.

3. Proficiency in account management, including scheduling, monitoring, and analytics tools.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with audiences and collaborate with team members.

5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.

6. Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and innovations.

7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
