**Job Title**: Admission Counsellor
**Location**: Barrackpore, West Bengal

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience Required**: 2+ years in Sales / Counselling / School Admissions
**Languages**: Fluent in English and Bengali

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online admission inquiries professionally.
- Explain the school's curriculum, academic achievements, infrastructure, and co-curricular activities to parents.
- Build rapport with parents and provide guidance on the right class placement for students.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with leads.
- Maintain accurate admission records and generate reports.
- Meet admission targets set by the management.
- Coordinate school tours and open house sessions.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in **English** and **Bengali** (spoken & written)
- Proven track record in **sales, counselling, or customer service**:

- Confident in convincing and closing inquiries
- Knowledge of school systems and the ICSE curriculum is a plus
