**Job Summary**:
The Area Sales Incharge (ASI) is responsible for managing and driving sales performance in a designated geographic area within 300km radius of Jaipur. This role involves building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and dealers, ensuring product availability, executing promotional activities, and meeting sales targets. The ASI will play a key role in expanding market reach and increasing brand visibility.

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline
- **Experience**: 1-5 years of field sales experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.

**Key Attributes**:

- Target-driven and result-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area(300km radius of Jaipur)
