**We are Hiring a QC / Lab Incharge**

**Location: Rajasthan(Jaipur)**

**Experience: 7+ Years**

**Qualification: B.Tech / M.Sc / Diploma in Chemical / Chemistry**

**Interview Mode: Face to Face**

**Salary: up to 7LPA**

**Industry: Auto Parts Manufacturer**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1). Spectro Analysis for the chemical composition of melting heat and raw materials.

2). Microstructure analysis: - Nodularity, nodule count, graphics flakes, graphite form & size, pearlite, ferrite, carbide, inclusions and all the defects analysis in cast iron.

3). Chemicals by wet analysis - carbon, silicon, manganese, Sulphur and phosphorus.

4). Hardness testing -Using Brinell hardness machines (BHN).

5). Tensile testing
- Tensile, yield, Elongation, Reduction Area.

6). Load testing as per standards of all the grating items.

7). Moulding sand testing - GCS, Compatibility, permeability, Moisture WTS, Active Clay, Coal Clay, dead clay, AFS, LOI, VM. Mold & core hardness.

8). Incoming Raw materials testing-CRCA & MS Scrap, Pig Iron, Silica & Resin sand and coal Dust CPC carbon Corbusier, Bentonite,Ferro-Alloys.

9). Calibration - Make the arrangements and maintain the record for calibration of all the machines and equipment.

10). Maintaining all the documents according to ISO 9001:2015.

11). Prepare all Materials and test reports as per customer requirements.

12). Prepare and update the Control Plan & SOP as per requirement.

13). Working in cost reduction projects and people Management.

14). Training
- on job training for the line inspector & operator.

**Must have the Knowledge**:

- First Aid / 7QC tools / 5S / SG Iron/COPQ/ Metallurgical training / Internal Auditor / Must have the knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007

**Hardness instruments**:

- Spectrometer(BRUDER), Microimage analyser, UTM Machine /B rinell machine, load testing m/c, All the sand testing equipment,
