1. To Take care of the placement, unloading of inward material in factory.

2. Purchase requisition as per requirement of material maintaining the minimum stock of all items.

3. To take care the all invoices, internal challans of all inward material and handed over next day morning to concerned person.

4. Internal Challan to accounts department.

5. Inward invoices to in/out report.

6. Maintaining the daily stock & consumption of ferro Alloys, M.S. Scrap, M.N., Store Items etc.

7. All material in store available every time required for Production.

8. No over stocking of the material in store.

9. No wastage of the material

10. FIFO- First in first out must be use in store for material issuing.

11. Material must be identified accordingly to the invoice of the supplier.

12. Tag the material areas by the name.

13. Physical accountability once a week.

14. Avoid contamination.

15. Prepare good receipt note and get it accepted by QC.

16. New grinding wheel to be issued only after receiving old grinding wheel.
