The Wayfair Talent Acquisition team partners work very closely with various levels of leadership in Europe, Asia and North America in order to drive delivery through well thought out strategies as well as using data proactively to influence decisions. The Talent Acquisition team will also have the opportunity to help build out the Wayfair brand in Asia as a leading employer in the Technology and eCommerce space.

**About the role;**

We are looking for a passionate sourcer with a strong work ethic and drive who would like to join our global recruiting team and help to build our Technology Development Center in Bangalore, India. This is a hybrid position - you will need to be onsite three days per week.

**What You'll Do**:

- You will play a key role in finding and attracting talent for our business, leading to managing the full cycle recruitment process
- Liaise with Senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure you have a full understanding of the job spec
- Advertise on various job boards and ensure we are utilising these to the best of our ability
- Work with our coordinators to ensure a timely and efficient interview process
- You may take part in Recruitment days (sometimes on a Saturday)

**What You'll Need;**
- 2+ years of recruitment sourcing experience in a corporate and/or agency environment.
- 2+ years of experience targeting technical talent; preferably software engineers and product managers
- Great knowledge and experience recruiting for the Indian Technology market
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in a fast paced environment with competing demands
