**About the role**:
**What you will do**:

- Devise and implement strategic sourcing strategies.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Leverage various data reports and conversion rates to dictate how you prioritize your time daily/weekly/monthly.

**What you will need**:

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in sourcing or recruiting.
- Familiarity with the technical and non-technical landscape in Bangalore.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and excel under pressure.
- Obsessed with data and the story it tells. Understand how to reverse engineering your workflow to demonstrate how much input/output is needed to meet hiring goals from an individual and team-wide level.
