Interesting role - Microsoft is a company where passionate people come to collaborate, envision what can be and take their careers to levels they cannot achieve anywhere else. As an experienced Talent Acquisition professional, you'll work with a community of Talent Sourcers and Recruiters who consistently test themselves on ways to bring the best talent to Microsoft.

Create strong stakeholder relationships to not only deliver on what's available today, but to "see around corners" and make connections for strategic hires.

As an integral member of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you will report to the Consultant Talent Sourcer for the business in India and provide a local focus on Microsoft’s total talent sourcing strategy.

Bachelor or other

Need to have corporate internal recruiting and sourcing experience - if not it will be a disqualifier

Sourcing experience as a TS will be highly preferred

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
