Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Develop high-fidelity designs using Figma, ensuring consistency across all screens and components.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.
- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs and provide necessary design assets and specifications.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to the overall design system and guidelines.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and help foster a design-driven culture within the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma designs and projects.
- Proficiency in Figma software and a solid understanding of design tools and principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with prototyping tools and user testing methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is desirable but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for design and a drive to continuously learn and improve.
