Job Summary :

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing engaging and intuitive digital applications, conducting user studies, evaluating user journeys, and creating seamless experiences for end users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet both user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data.

- Develop user stories, personas, and storyboards to guide design decisions.

- Design information architecture and create sitemaps for applications.

- Build interactive prototypes and wireframes for web and mobile platforms.

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform data-driven design decisions.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

- Apply design principles consistently across applications, maintaining high standards for UI quality.

- Ensure responsive design across multiple platforms and devices.

- Work with HTML, CSS, and web technologies to support design implementation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.

- Strong capability to analyze data, identify patterns, and drive design decisions.

- Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on usability and accessibility.

- Understanding of business metrics and ability to translate company goals into compelling digital experiences.

Nice to Have :

- Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

- Prior experience in Banking or ESG-related projects.
