Job Summary

As a UI/UX Designer, you will design and enhance digital experiences across our web, mobile, and campaign platforms. You'll work closely with marketing, sales, and development teams to design user journeys that not only look great but also drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and prototype intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent user interfaces for web, mobile, and campaign landing pages.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Translate business and marketing goals into user-friendly designs that convert.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Optimize existing user interfaces for improved usability, responsiveness, and performance.
  • Analyze user behavior through heatmaps, A/B testing, and analytics to iterate on designs.
  • Ensure design consistency across all digital assets, in line with brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and results (especially landing pages, web campaigns, or e-commerce flows).
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS (bonus if you can work closely with front-end code).
  • Solid grasp of user-centered design, conversion rate optimization, and responsive design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹12, ₹17,000.00 per month
