Job Title : UI/UX Designer.Experience : 3-4 Years.Location : Pune Erandwane (On-site).Joining : Immediate joiners preferred.About the Role :We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Pune (Erandwane).The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experiences across web and mobile platforms.Key Responsibilities- Understand product requirements and translate them into engaging user interfaces.- Create wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.- Develop pixel-perfect UI designs and collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation.- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design solutions.- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and ensure designs align with brand guidelines.- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications- 3-4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects (web & mobile).- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.- Good understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.- Strong knowledge of user-centered design (UCD), interaction design, and usability principles.- Ability to work closely with developers and product managers in an agile environment.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Good to Have :- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.Important Note : Please ensure to include your Portfolio URL in your resume and make sure it is accessible as this is mandatory.
