The PMO professional provides a formal, centralized layer of project control and integration in the unit/account program and serves as a trusted advisor to the program managers, project managers and service partners. The PMO assumes both execution responsibilities of specific project management areas, as well as program management governance support responsibilities.

**What will your job look like?**:

- Key responsibilities..
- Co-create and roll out programs that reinforce the Amdocs culture and drive employee engagement; you will partner with cross-functional team members to influence and enhance the Amdocs employee engagement experience; you will cross pollinate best practices across units.
- Actively engage with the business; you will interact and work directly with Amdocs team members across all functions to transform the employee experience. This includes, setting up and driving employee focus groups or forums to gather insights and generate exciting ideas.
- You roll up your sleeves and take ownership of various employee initiatives; you will pay attention to, manage, and execute on the small details, coordinate and facilitate meetings,
- You develop content - written, videos, infographics, presentations, etc. ensuring all program components have been woven into a compelling story creating pull for the target audience.
- You will actively seek to extend your knowledge and expertise in areas that are critical to this role. You will establish best in class absorption of engagement practices from external industry and create best practices within Amdocs India.
- Ensure the program and related projects achieve their stated objective. Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning at a program level, pinpointing challenges, areas of concern and possible deviation from established plans in the domains under your responsibility.
- Collate and analyze the data to identify gaps/patterns. Create concise and crisp management reports by consolidating all the reports
- Develop a distinctive employer brand & lead the organizational efforts in emerging as a top employer-of-choice
- Streamline work processes & leverage best practices and standards across the unit/ projects.

- Savvy with Social media tools and environment - proficiency in the role of social media tools to manage/engage Gen Y employees
Experience Required
- Background in Customer Insights, Customer Experience or HR Generalist/Partnerships experience; you have 3-8 years’ experience, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a management degree
- Outstanding project management and delivery skills.
- Proficient in MS office with strong power point or other presentation software, infographics & video
