**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for water treatment projects.

2. Build relationships with key decision-makers in target industries (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality).

3. Conduct site assessments to understand customer water treatment needs.

4. Present tailored solutions, highlighting product benefits and ROI.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations) to develop customized proposals.

6. Negotiate contracts, ensure timely project execution, and manage customer satisfaction.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.

**Technical Requirements**:
1. Knowledge of water treatment technologies (e.g., filtration, disinfection, reverse osmosis).

2. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., EPA, WHO).

3. Understanding of industrial processes and water usage.

**Sales Performance Metrics**:
1. Sales revenue growth.

2. New customer acquisition.

3. Project pipeline development.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.

2. 2+ years of sales experience in water treatment or related industry.

3. Proven sales performance record.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
